EPC Financing

EPC Financing & Turnkey Project Development

Where engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) delivery must be aligned with project financing, Acacia coordinates the structures that connect execution capability with the financing arrangements major projects require.

EPC+F structures

EPC+F combines turnkey engineering, procurement and construction delivery with a financing component, allowing a sponsor to contract execution and financing through a coordinated structure. Acacia evaluates where EPC+F is commercially appropriate and how risk is allocated between the EPC contractor, sponsors and lenders.

Deferred-payment structures and export credit support

Deferred-payment structures align contractor and supplier payments with project cash flows, while export credit support can underpin the financing of the EPC scope where procurement is ECA-coverable.

Contractor and supplier financing

Contractors and equipment suppliers may contribute to project financing through extended terms, vendor finance or performance-linked structures, integrated with the broader financing stack.

Financing and execution coordination

The defining challenge of EPC financing is keeping execution and financing aligned: construction milestones must match drawdown schedules, and lender conditions must be satisfied before funds are released.

EPC+F and related structures are presented as arrangements Acacia can evaluate or seek to coordinate, subject to feasibility and the participation of lenders, contractors and counterparties. Acacia is not a lender or licensed financial institution.
